Rental Process

  • Florida Industrial Scale performs a calibration on the rental equipment you ordered ​
  • Documentation of calibration is provided to ensure you are getting accurate and certified readings
    • Further supplemental documentation such as Certificate of Conformance, test weight calibration documents or Transducer Calibration documentation is available upon special request
  • Your equipment is picked up at our nearest office
    • or delivered to your facility for an additional charge based on our nearest office to your location
  • Rental periods offered are three days, one or more weeks, or monthly duration's
  • The equipment is returned and tested for damage
    • Users are responsible for damage or calibration accuracy for the rental period
  • re-calibrations during rental periods are charged at standard rates

  • Our weights are sent to the Florida Department of Agriculture once every two years to be calibrated
  • Our weights are serialized and traceable
  • Our weights are available with documentation just specify when ordering
  • Our weights are industry standard Class F
  • NIST weights are available upon request
